Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

Skin Script’s wide variety of skin care products is suited for each skin type and condition. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Skin Script, it is returnable for another product or a full refund. 

 

Please keep the following in mind when returning product: 

• Face Love must be advised of dissatisfaction of a product within 14 days of original purchase. 

• The actual product must be returned to Face Love’s office within 21 days of the dissatisfaction for refund or exchange of another product. Please e-mail to set up a time to stop by to ensure someone is there to accept it. 

• Returned products must be at least 60% full.  

• The client will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product, if not wanting to drop the product off at Face Love's office.   

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
